Review: My pick up driver was on time and waiting outside the vehicle at my home when I came outside to collect my personal effects and store them and head to the airport… My return flight home was a different story…The driver had sent text messages stating he was here but when I called him when I was collecting my luggage and to tell him I’m at the carousel and my location (which he already had) he told me to call him back after I got my luggage… Sir why am I calling you back for the price for these rides I need you to be here and ready when I arrive otherwise I could’ve took a cab that are waiting lined up… He went on to tell me it’s Thanksgiving Eve and it’s gonna be awhile before he can make it to where I was… I was furious and contacted the company direct and stated my displeasure… It took the driver 20 minutes to call me back to say he was there by which time I was already halfway home… management told me they would adjust my payment this morning o my for me to receive an email of a receipt still being charged for that ride I never used…. I will never use this service again… When I pay for a service I expect just that bit I didn’t receive it at all and they lied in the receipt with a pick up and a drop off time

Review: Very patient, pleasant and friendly service. We received a complimentary text with the driver’s contact information so that it is easy to locate where pick up was. We were delayed leaving our flight which caused us to miss picking up our bag from baggage claim and they were understanding and patient and made us feel welcome at our destination pick up point.
