Review: I recently had the pleasure of discovering Wander Lux when I ordered an Uber Black from BWI. After a long flight with a layover, the last thing I needed was a chatty driver. Fortunately, Syed was behind the wheel that night, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Our conversation about his background and business was enjoyable, and Syed’s respectful, attentive, and friendly demeanor made the ride even better. I was so impressed that I asked for his card and learned he owned Wander Lux. The ride was fantastic, and I arrived home feeling refreshed.For my next trip, I needed to leave my car for my family, and Uber isn’t common in my area. I decided to book Wander Lux from my house to the airport. The online booking process was seamless, with an upfront quote that turned out to be cheaper than Uber Black! I received a text when the driver was on the way, and he even offered to pick up coffee for me. What other service does that? The driver arrived 15 minutes early and patiently waited for me. The ride to the airport was just as comfortable and pleasant, so I booked my return ride online while en route to BWI. On my return flight, I received the same text from the driver, who informed me of the exact door he would be parked near. He tracked my slightly delayed flight and knew which baggage claim I’d be at, making the experience incredibly convenient.Since that first trip, I’ve used Wander Lux three more times, and each experience has been exceptional. The consistency and customer satisfaction they provide are unmatched by Uber or the other Uber black services I have used in the past. The Wander Lux team is outstanding, and I can’t imagine using any other car service again.
