Review: I can’t say enough about how great this experience was with this company. We were looking for transportation for family members to go to a funeral in Richmond. Julia was great with getting it scheduled and Monica was a fantastic driver! Monica was on time, very professional, patient, and fit right in with the family. I would use W&W again.

Review: I had the absolute worst experience with this company. My wedding was on 9/14/19 and I had inquired on prices for their shuttles. After receiving RSVP’s from my guests, I decided I didn’t need to provide transportation as there would not be enough people using it. I never signed a contract or called to confirm a reservation with the shuttle service. I found out the next day that they had sent transportation out anyway. I was completely unaware of what was going on. They called me the next week telling me I owed a balance. They spoke to my fiancé and I, and used very inappropriate language and unprofessional behavior. I ended up paying for the shuttle, though I should not have had to. Someone on their end made a mistake and they were not willing to own up to that. I will never use them again, and do not recommend others to.
