Review: Virginia Executive Sedans excels in customer service and client relations. Beginning with the reservation process, the courteous receptionist explained in through detail, pricing, policies and services offered by the company. The reservation process was quick, efficient and understandable. The driver arrived punctually and professionally dressed. The car I reserved was immaculate, with a mirrored shine inside and out. Charging ports were easily accessible and multiple charging cables were offered by the driver in the event I needed an extra.The car ride was fluid. I sat in the back seat completing various tasks before arriving to my final destination. The seats were comfortable and spacious allowing me room to stretch. The driver was polite, allowing me the courtesy of quietness, but addressing questions and comments as asked.Upon arrival, the driver was considerate in asking the best location for both drop off and pick up locations, as well as approximate time of return to the vehicle. The doors were opened during pick up and drop off.Having had several experiences with car services, I found Virginia Executive Sedan to exceed my expectations in every area of service. I highly recommend this business and will certainly use them for all my executive car needs.
