Review: On the Town is AMAZING!!!! My work and sister companies have used them in the past and I reached out for a personal bus for a night for one of my bosses and their family. The booking was so easy and amazing! The communication was so appreciated and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly! Review: I’ve been using this car service regularly to pick me up to and from the airport, and while I’ve always had good experiences, this particular driver (Lindsey) truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly nice, courteous, and resourceful. Not only did Lindsey provide a comfortable and pleasant ride, but she also kept me updated by tracking my flight. She even informed me of the baggage carousel number for my luggages , which saved me time and stress. Her professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. I truly appreciated her efforts and will look forward to more experiences like this in the future. Highly recommend this service!

Review: Our Chauffeur Brian, was the BEST! He stood outside with his umbrella to cover us as we were getting on the bus. He was patient, kind, respectful, encouraging AND accommodating! He had no problem adjusting the itinerary and actually took us downtown DC to Center City to see the lights and take pics! Our Teens said he was very nice! WE WILL SURELY Use THIS Co. Again.

Review: Absolutely first class! We hired On the Town for my son’s wedding. Sunshine took my booking and was personable and efficient. Becky called me as the event date approached and went over every detail of what we wanted, making suggestions regarding timing and coordination I had not even thought of. She was detailed, diligent lots of fun and absolutely fantastic. The coaches arrived early and there was plenty of room for all the guests. They were so accommodating on the return with an early bus, a bus heading to the hotel and a bus for the after party crowd. The large coach was new and luxurious. Very impressive. The drivers were polite and unruffled by some of the more exuberant guests! 100 percent recommended and would definitely book again!
