Review: Scheduled service in advance. Received a confirmation the day before for an airport pick of my family of 4, along with driver contact information. We landed, got our bags, called the driver, asking where to meet them. In short – an issue cropped up with the initial driver and all scrambled to find a solution. It wasn’t silky smooth, but with the intervention of Limo All Around’s owner, an alternative was found to get us where we needed to be.Given the pickup turmoil, I received a follow-up communication and pledge from the owner of Limo all Around to personally handle arrangements for the return trip. The night before our return, I received a confirmation with the name & number of the driver who would bring us back to the airport. It happened to be the same driver contact info from the initial pickup at the airport, so we were a little skeptical. Although a little apprehensive on who was going to pick us up, the substitute driver who was enlisted to rescue us on the initial pick up, was re-engaged by Limo all Around to collect us and get us back to the airport. So – different driver but positive result. We appreciate the efforts of Limo All Around’s owner, to get things accomplished.
