Review: I rented a party bus for a friend’s birthday celebration- the bus took us from NOVA to DC to the 9:30 club, and then to a few other small/quick stops. It was a great experience! The bus was in impeccable condition (so fun and gorgeous inside!), the driver was professional, nice and fun (he was on-time and easily accessible for every pick-up and was completely accommodating of our group). He texted me early the day-of our event to share his contact details, coordinate and talk quickly, and to sure he had all of our details and activities correct. The contract/payment process was easy and seamless. I was charged the exact amount I was quoted, without any confusion. This company was great to work with and our bus was awesome. Review: Good evening,I am writing to formally address a series of issues that occurred on Saturday, December 21st, regarding the party bus service arranged by my sister for a brunch outing in Washington, DC. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations, and I feel it is important to bring this to your attention.The bus was scheduled to pick us up in Towson, MD at 1:00 PM, but it arrived late. Moreover, it was too small for the entire party, forcing several passengers to stand during the ride. Upon boarding, we noticed that the bus had a flat tire. A male guest immediately informed the female driver, who proceeded to drive to the nearest WaWa gas station to address the issue. For reasons that were never explained, the driver opted not to inflate the tire, but instead continued the journey.The driver then began driving at an accelerated speed, which not only caused discomfort but also made the entire bus smell of burning rubber. When passengers raised concerns, the driver dismissed them, claiming everything was fine. The situation worsened when the tire started smoking, triggering coughing and choking among multiple passengers. Only after several passengers screamed for her to pull over did the driver stop on the side of a busy highway in freezing conditions. After inspecting the tire for a few minutes, she informed us that we would need to switch buses in Jessup.During the drive to Jessup, the driver again sped excessively, worsening the burning smell and passenger discomfort. Upon switching buses, the driver became further disoriented, failing to follow the correct directions to our brunch location. Once we arrived in Washington, DC, she had to ask for directions to the restaurant, which added another 30 minutes to our journey. As a result, we missed our brunch reservation.To make matters worse, the driver rushed us when it was time to return, giving us only about an hour and 15 minutes to eat and enjoy the meal. The bus was supposed to pick us up at 5:30 PM, but once again, the driver was late. When she finally arrived, she hurried us back onto the bus and attempted to leave without waiting for all the passengers to board.The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, and it was clear that the driver neither took responsibility nor showed any empathy for the numerous issues we encountered. She consistently blamed the clients for the problems, despite them clearly being the fault of the company.I urge you to reassess the level of customer service your company provides and the standards to which you hold your employees. Given the significant inconvenience and distress caused by this experience, I strongly believe some form of compensation should be offered to the clients involved.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Review: I rented a party bus for 4 hours for my son birthday party and 4 days before the party i tried to pay my balance their card machine was down . (So i decided to pay cash app on the day of pick up )i get a call 5 hours before the party talking about the party bus that was picking us up was in a crash the night before so they can cancel my reservation or i can just use another bus for pick up then they have to leave and hurry up and pick up somebody else and they will send a different bus to pick us up after that bus drop there other party off. And he would take $50 off (first off how can i cancel and found another bus same day and 5 hours before pickup ) so i agreed to two different buses but i wasnt aware that the second bus was only dropping me off (because i still had 2 hours left of my time ) my ride from my house to the restaurant was only 30 mins which i really only used a hour out of my 4 hours i paid for . (Then the older lady on the first bus came 5:30) when i got on the bus maybe 8 minutes before my son and his friend i sit next to the lady and sent the remaining balance and showed her i sent it she fussed about the $50 i didn’t send so i said the boss said he was taking $50 off (why wouldn’t he communicate, that with his driving ) very embarrassing ‼️… she said okay then she wait 8 minutes till my son and all his friends get on the bus and say I’m calling the party bus people to ask if they received my payment and about this $50 that you owe .. (she waited till all the kids got on the bus to call she could’ve called right away instead of waiting trying to embarrass me . Then had a little attitude when they told her yes take the $50 off … (second bus came back to pick us up around 9:30 after he dropped off his party. Very nice driver ) we waited outside the restaurant for 2 hours we didn’t mind because we thought we would still have at least a hour or 2 left so They can listen to the music and take some pictures and stuff and drink some cold water after sitting in the heat but it wasn’t no water on the bus .( i used them 2 times before and even sent my friends to use them i never experience no terrible service till this time)

Review: I ordered one of their buses for my daughter’s prom group and it was so seamless. The bus came super clean and on time. They were super helpful over the phone and just an overall great experience, will definitely be using them again.
