Review: Very disappointed, booked a car for a weddings weeks ago but we were informed 30 minutes prior to departure time that the car broke down and we wouldn’t get a replacement vehicle. After much intense conversation over the phone a replacement vehicle was provided. Unfortunately, the problem didn’t end here as the replacement vehicle passenger section wasn’t powering up. We had to endure a long commute with no AC, no entertainment system that functioned, sweating and uncomfortable in our wedding attire for what would have been a special and memorable day. Trusted a company that had good reviews so sharing this not to get any apologies or an unplanned problem occurred note but rather inform others planning to use this service. An organization should guarantee the service they provide, anticipate for the unknown and plan to address it working with the customer, not argue and say “there is nothing I can do” when clearly there was a replacement vehicle available.
