Review: Do not trust this company the are not transparent to make business with.I reserved their service for 02/08/25 from 1 pm to 5 pm, I called the the day before to confirm that everything was on point and to explain that due to the weather conditions and the traffic I needed them to be on time, they showed up 40 minutes late claiming they were going to give me “free” extra 30 minutes. Which they didn’t because they said that they were going to extend the time until 5:30, so it was not free they were giving me the 4 hours that I paid for, they promised a bottle and red carpet which they didn’t provided neither, I requested the pink limo and they showed up with an old white limo, when I asked about the pink one they said they had a problem and couldn’t send it that is pure BS, the old white lime was making very loud sound like is something was about to brake, they are not professional, and they lie to their customers, I was told that they were late because I live to far but that is one of the first questions they ask “location of service” so please do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else.
