Review: Requested a price quote for a Saturday evening reservation the following weekend, which took a couple of days longer than other places to get back. When I finally did get it, I received two calls in the same day from two different people wanting to discuss it but I wasn’t able to talk to them due to being at a medical facility with a family member. Then I received a follow-up email the next morning. When I called back within just a few hours of receiving the email, I found out they no longer had the vehicle. When I asked the lady at the office why I had received an email just a few hours earlier, she said it was “automated.” She also rushed me off the phone rather than taking time to answer my questions about their system and pricing (e.g., if gratuity is included in their pricing). I understand they can’t hold reservations without payment but if they’re going to take the time to follow-up so many times, they should at least tell the prospective customer that time is of the essence. I’ve actually never heard of a company not giving the customer even 24 hours to get back to them. I just felt like the rug was pulled out from under me after they followed up with me so many times. I found another company and am very happy to be paying a bit more with them because a) I feel reassured as a customer and b) they took much more time on the phone, were more gracious in their responses and wished me a happy holiday season at the end, none of which I received from my call to Extraordinar.
