Review: We had a fantastic experience with DTS for my son’s birthday! To start, Jean in the office, who I made the booking with, was very sweet, conversational and efficient. I received the electronic quote within minutes. Next, Desmond, the driver, was incredibly polite, personable and accommodating to our request for an additional stop (total of 3 not including pickup and drop off). We received ongoing text and email communication when he was on his way and he was right on time. He was safe and kind and it was a pleasure to trust him with the kids’ safety. The vehicle was immaculate and stocked with water bottles. DTS is not the least expensive limo service but also far from the most expensive. However, this is one service that you want to pay slightly more for in order to get the best!

Review: Our driver Tyrone was amazing. We were stuck in traffic most of the 2 hour drive, but he was cool and calm the whole way. The van was nice, although the vents were quite loud at times. Jean at customer service was also wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions.

Review: Perfect! I received confirmations before I departed on my flight, which made feel confident that I was on their calendar. Then received a text when I landed and the driver told me he was already at the airport waiting. I communicated once I walked out of baggage claim and waited for maybe 1 minute for pick up. Doesn’t get any better than that. I have used them before and it was exactly the same. We had two vehicles for pick up and they both showed up together, the vehicles were super clean which is always nice when you have been traveling all day. Both drivers super friendly and helpful in every way. If you need worry free transportation then this is the company.

Review: All the Drivers were on time and was very professional. The driver for the Sprinter van was great and got the guys everywhere they needed to go. The send off limo was great, the driver was very nice. The bus driver was also great and was patient with getting the wedding guest loaded and back to the hotel. We would definitely use the transportation service again..
